Returning player. Need help with set up

First, Google chrome keeps complaining about there being "harmful programs ahead" when I try to download anything, which is followed by a 403 forbidden error. (For example: You don't have permission to access /files/UOAM-8.2.0.1.exe on this server.) So is there a work around for it? Are there any recommended places to get the set up files?

The downloads section is working again, but I still plan to look over what's there to make sure everything is up to date and available.
