Anyone know where to sell Scales and Barrel Staves/Hoops?

I've tried every shop in Delucia/Papua and Trinsic.

I'm afraid there are some items that none of the merchants are all that interested in purchasing, and those are two of them.

Makes sense.

I was talking to my brother and he couldn't recall any merchants that would buy those either.

I remember it was most frustrating that one could not sell warforks, but I believe our merchants have been instructed to accept them.
