I tried to cast *Lightning* circle 4 a few times last night.
It kept saying "not enough reagents" even though I clearly had 20 of each.
I will check again later, with other spells.

Ok, I figured this out.

The spellbooko (in-game) is wrong.
It says I need MANDRAKE ROOT and SULFUR ASH.

BLACK PEARL is also required, but not mentioned in the spellbook.

Also, magic arrow is wrong in the spellbook.

The spellbook details are on the client side, so unless you run an older client that's how they show.
